After spending the weekend in Beaufort we were back home for a few days then off to Destin, Florida for a weekend on the beach. Mimi flew in to take care of Will for the weekend so it was a nice getaway weekend for all!
On Captain Ron's fishing vessel...actually just a 24' Cape Horn but it got the job done.
I caught the biggest fish of the day and the only grouper. We did very well and brought home a bunch of snapper** and some grouper filets. After investing in a food vacuum sealer, we have a freezer full of fish!
