Happy (belated) Valentine's Day

I know, I'm a bit late but here's a taste of what we did for Valentine's Day.  The before picture is a little better as they looked like bleeding hearts after being baked.  They were raspberry cream cheese filled tarts.

They were really good. Kind of like homemade pop tarts. I'll dig out the recipe.
